I loved this hotel! The staff members were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel facilities were amazing with private outdoor onsens and massage chairs available free of charge. Plus, the location was perfect, within a three-minute walking distance to the train station. Additionally, the hotel was clean even in public areas where there were no smoking signs.
Nothing not to love.

The size of the room was great and the heater kept us warm throughout the cold weather. The private onsen was amazing and really added to our experience. The hotel's location was convenient and made it easy for us to explore the area.
The pillow provided was too hard for our liking, causing discomfort. The lack of daily room cleaning was also a downside.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around. There are also several bus services to nearby attractions. the staff are friendly and welcoming, always smiling and providing great service. the all, you, can, eat breakfast buffet is a good experience, with fresh and tasty food. Rooms are spacious and well, maintained, with comfortable bedding.
The hotel could use some updates in its facilities to improve its overall appearance.

We spent Christmas at a traditional Japanese hotel. the charm and authenticity were impressive. the private onsens were fantastic. the free service shuttle bus was the perfect solution for our daily commute. All you can eat and drink dinner was a huge enjoyable experience.
The services were really poor and the staff team was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. We never got fresh towels in the room, and it was often the case that the room was not serviced at all.
